Planning applications

Bradford Council are now issuing electronic copies of all planning applications and intend to stop providing paper plans to the Parish Council.

Details of all planning applications received by Menston Parish Council Planning Committee will now start to appear on this website, with a link to the Bradford Council Public Access for Planning system which will show the application form, plans and elevations.

The Public Access for Planning system is under the control of Bradford Council and the response and availability of the page is not within the control of the Menston.org website team.

Before proceeding you need to understand the Conditions of Use. Once you have read and understood these conditions you can click on the link to the appropriate planning application.

Conditions of Use

Plans, drawing and material submitted to the Council are protected by the Copyright Acts (Section 47, 1988 Act). You can only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans. Further copies must not be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner.

Please note:

• Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the data, the planning information within the site must not be used as a substitute for carrying out a formal 'Land Charge Search'. No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the planning history information obtained from Public Access.
• The information contained within Public Access does not constitute in any way a formal notification of a planning decision, and as such any actions undertaken as a result of information displayed on the site are entirely at the viewer's own risk
• Some file sizes are large and may take some time to download.
