Friends of Menston Primary School

Friends of Menston Primary School or FOMPS is a group of volunteers with children at Menston Primary who organize social, fundraising events during term time. The money raised is used for items in school that government funding will not stretch to so all children at Menston Primary benefit from this.
 
This year the events include Mark's Magic Kingdom Show will be performing at the school on 11 April.

The FOMPS YOMP will be on 12 April.  This is a walk from Appletreewick to Menston by 68 good men who have paid £20 each for the priveledge, celebrities included!

On 9 May there will be a Ladies Night at the school with a fashion show, beauty demonstrations and various stalls.

The Festival Circus will be held in a Big Top on the school playing fields on 27 September.  Tickets will be on sale in July and there will be 2 or 3 shows on the day.
 
Further details about FOMPS and the events and ticket sales can be obtained through the school office. Ticket sales for the larger events such as the circus will be available in July at the Post Office.
 
FOMPS are always on the look out for donations of prizes, new fundraising ideas and sponsors of events. Many local businesses and individuals already support us in this way and we are very grateful.
