About the Menston website

This website is developed and maintained by the Menston Community Association and the Parish Council for the benefit of the local residents.

It is built on the Joomla Open Source Content Management System, which is a system created by volunteers throughout the world and provided licence free.  We thank them for all their efforts.  We would also like to thank Paul Marfell who manages the Baildon village website, for his considerable help and support in the evaluation of the software and during the build process.

The site has been built by Dale Cordingley, with help from John Houlihan and input from Peter Ward, former MCA Chairman.

If you have any comments, corrections or suggestions, please let us know.  Also don't forget that you can easily contribute an article or event to this website!
