Twist+Breathe Yoga

A weekly physical practice that combines yoga postures with mindful breathing to benefit the body and calm the mind.

We start with a gentle warm up, then move to a playful mix of postures to improve flexibility and build strength. We end with some well-earned relaxation to release tension, find stillness and leave us with a sense of physical and emotional well-being.
